MEET THE FOUNDER

A Lifetime Preparing for One Calling
ChatGPT Image Jun 25, 2026, 10_06_23 AM.png

Long before there was an institution,

there was a dream.

Long before there was a mission,

there was a call.

From dance studios and orchestra halls to

classrooms, stages, and ministries, each experience

became part of a larger story.

What once seemed like separate chapters

became preparation for a single purpose:

To cultivate excellence, form character,

and inspire purpose

through the performing arts.

Character is not taught between performances. It is formed within them.

Returning to Neverland

A Journey Back to Wonder, Artistry, Imagination, and Healing

Returning to Neverland is an original theatrical showcase developed by the Donna Elfert-Eccleston Performing Arts Institution.

Inspired by themes of wonder, imagination, identity, courage, and hope, the production invites audiences on a journey of remembering the parts of themselves they were never meant to lose.

Through dance, music, storytelling, and theatrical narration, Returning to Neverland explores what happens when we become disconnected from our dreams—and what becomes possible when we find our way back.

More than a performance, Returning to Neverland reflects our belief that the arts have the power to cultivate excellence, form character, and inspire purpose.

Because perhaps Neverland was never a place.

Perhaps it was the part of ourselves we were brave enough to return to.

Remembering who God created you to be, and have the courage to become it.

What Students Experience

Real Student Experience

Robin creates an environment where growth feels possible.

I came in with no experience and no confidence, and she met me exactly where I was—building choreography that fit my ability while still helping me grow.

Her patience, creativity, and encouragement made all the difference.

She has a way of seeing potential when you can’t see it yourself, and she makes sure you achieve something you’re proud of.

"Working with Robin felt like a dream come true."

What Makes Our Approach Different

At the Donna Elfert-Eccleston Institution, we focus on more than performance.

We develop confident performers, disciplined artists, and purposeful leaders by creating an environment where students feel safe, challenged, and inspired to grow.

Our approach blends technical training with character development—because who a student becomes is just as important as what they can do.

The Arts We Cultivate

What we offer

At the Donna Elfert-Eccleston Performing Arts Institution, we cultivate the performing arts as a pathway to confidence, discipline, and purposeful expression.

Through theatre, music, dance, and vocal performance, students are guided to discover their voice, develop their craft, and grow into confident performers—both on and off the stage.
